Legal review before programme commitment

We review citizenship, residence, relationship evidence, medical or embryo pathway and known home-country issues before finalizing the required Georgian documents. Acceptance by a clinic does not replace legal eligibility or foreign recognition review.

Relationship and identity documents

Original marriage or officially issued cohabitation evidence may be required for the current Georgia pathway. Passports, names, dates and civil-status records must be checked early for discrepancies and for translation, notarisation, legalization or Apostille requirements.

Biological-material continuity

The legal file may need to show who supplied the gametes, where embryos were created, relevant consents, freezing and storage information and the relationship between the intended parents and embryos. Imported-embryo files require additional review.

Powers of Attorney and notarial agreements

Remote preparation may use appropriately executed Powers of Attorney. The applicable intended-parent, donation and surrogate documentation is prepared for the specific pathway and coordinated with Georgian notarial and administrative requirements.

Birth registration in Georgia

After delivery, the legal team assembles the medical and programme documents for the competent Georgian authority. The authority makes the registration decision. In a standard complete case, processing is commonly estimated at approximately five working days but cannot be guaranteed.

Apostille, citizenship and passport

Certified translation and Apostille may prepare Georgian documents for use abroad, but neither grants citizenship. The intended parents must meet the requirements of the relevant embassy or national authority, including DNA or additional evidence where requested.

The signed engagement identifies included work, third-party budgets, representation and country-specific exclusions. Georgian legal support cannot guarantee a foreign authority’s recognition, passport decision, processing time or entry permission.
