Medical diagnosis and treatment are provided by appropriately licensed clinics and professionals. The responsible provider, precise scope, fees and conditions are defined in the written agreement applicable to each programme.

Eligibility and medical outcomes

Programme availability depends on medical assessment, documentation, applicable law, nationality, family circumstances and candidate availability. Fertilisation, implantation, pregnancy progression, delivery and live birth cannot be guaranteed as medical outcomes. A programme described as guaranteed is governed solely by its separate signed conditions, eligibility requirements, continuation rules and exclusions.
